Whole30

The original Whole30 book. We love all of the Whole30 books, but this one is the bread and butter of the program. The Whole30 is a 30 day, structured elimination diet that cuts out the most common inflammatory promoting foods and helps you to identify what things you may be eating that are preventing you from feeling your best. Its strict, its tough, but its worth it!

This is a book we recommend to many of our patients!
